This piece is a part of my annual Seconds + Sample Sale, it is considered a “second”, and has slight imperfections described here. Please read the full description below before purchasing as all sales from this sale are FINAL. 

One-of-a-kind wood-fired jar roughly 5.5” tall by 2.5” wide. This jar is slightly warped (the base piece is not perfectly round) from the stress of the firing but the lid still fits nicely and the piece functions as it should.

This piece is a part of a small collection of wood-fired pieces. Each piece was fired over a 3-day period in a wood-kiln tucked away in Ligonier, PA. It was a rare firing that I was very lucky to participate in. The variation and color on the surfaces were created using flame and ash from the kiln. Each is like its own little planet, completely one of a kind, and uniquely individual.

Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Please see the specific dimensions listed for each piece because some of my pieces are tinier than others.
